Japanese tv tetris game

The Japanese have to have the most entertaining game show ideas. I love watching MXC and ridiculous games like that.

Here's another great one in which the contestants have to adjust their body into a shape in order to pass through a wall or else they get knocked back into the water. Looks like a lot of fun.

Flexibility is key in this one...I would be terrible.
